北投區是一個瀰漫療癒身心暖意的溫泉小鎮，並承載著滿滿的日式風情，而北投除了眾所皆知的迷人櫻花以外，更有海芋、繡球花(竹子湖)、波斯菊(關渡)等花海景觀，以心花開做為主題，邀請各式和花有關的小物進駐，更有在地商家一同共襄盛舉，舞台演出邀請「藝起那卡西」及在地學校城市科技大學演出，周六一起來「心花開」吧！

1. 活動當天於市集消費滿新臺幣100元，即可獲得一點，集滿3點可至服務台參加抽獎；當日可累積，不限抽獎次數，買愈多抽愈多。

Beitou is a small Japanese-style hot spring town full of warmth that heals both the body and mind. In addition to its famous charming cherry blossom, you can also easily find the calla lily, hydrangea (Bamboo Lake), and garden cosmos (Guandu) in Beitou. The Market invites sellers of flower-related objects to participate. On the stage, “Nakasi” traditional music will also be performed.
